You have multiple options for providing RioGreen Cleaning access to your home:

• Key: Leave a key with us, stored securely and coded without your name or address.

• Alarm Systems: Provide access instructions if you have an alarm.

• In-Person: Meet the service provider at your residence.

For security, keys are not returned by mail. Collect them in person with a photo ID. If we can’t access your home during the scheduled time, our Cancellation Policy applies. Make alternate arrangements if needed.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of cleaning. We require a credit card on file for balance and fee charges. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. A $25 fee applies for failed transactions.

Scheduling

• Recurring Cleanings: Scheduled per consultation checklist and priorities.
• One-Time Cleanings: Allocated standard blocks of time.

If deep cleaning is skipped initially, it may take a few sessions to determine maintenance needs. Regular cleaners are preferred but not guaranteed due to possible absences. If additional cleaning time is needed, we will seek your approval and inform you of extra costs. Keep your place uncluttered for efficient service.

Arrival Windows

We can’t specify exact times. Our cleaners will arrive:

• With a key: Between 8 AM and 4 PM.
• Meeting someone: Within a two-hour window between 8 AM and 4 PM.

Feedback

After each cleaning, rate our service on a scale of 1-10. Your feedback helps us improve and directly affects cleaner compensation.

24-Hour Guarantee

If an area isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area to make it right. Refunds are not offered.

Gratuity

Tipping is optional but appreciated. Positive online reviews are also welcome.

Cancellation

Provide two business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than two days’ notice or inaccessible homes may result in a full charge. Recurring services canceled after one cleaning will revert to One-Time Cleaning rates.

Breakage/Loss

Report breakage or loss within 48 hours. We cover key replacement/locksmith fees up to $100 if we lose or miscode keys.

Supplies

We use professional-grade cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products or eco-friendly options, please inform us in advance.

Pets

Please secure pets in crates or kennels. While we respect your pets, we cannot be held responsible if they escape.

Service Limitations

For safety, we do not:

• Climb higher than a two-step ladder
• Move items over 25 pounds
• Handle firearms or biohazard materials

We clean only air-conditioned living spaces and do not remove debris. For post-construction jobs, ensure areas are free of equipment and debris before our cleaners arrive.
